Apparently, Dr. Behrenbeck is not up on his research. Eating cholesterol does not raise cholesterol. It is medically proven. And, Eggs are one of the most perfect foods. They are so packed with nutrients, that an egg a day makes great sense. Eggs being bad for you is a huge myth!

The human body needs cholesterol to help heal its injuries. Without it, you could bleed to death, etc. from an injury. It is not all bad. The kind of cholesterol and the ratio of good and bad cholesterol are the important factors.
